Defined Criteria
Assess through a consistent framework.
Readiness is examined through defined domains, criteria and evidence requirements rather than personal preference.
01 / Origin
Ukraine provides an unusually demanding environment for unmanned systems — exposing integration, operator workload, sustainment, field repair and changing operational requirements at a pace difficult to reproduce in conventional development.
KFS was created to turn those lessons into structured field-readiness evaluation and engineering-readable evidence.

Founder / Field lead
Years of operating, integrating, troubleshooting and teaching unmanned systems exposed the same recurring problem: the field was generating valuable product knowledge faster than engineering teams could reliably absorb it.
KFS was built to turn that gap into structured evidence, clearer engineering priorities and repeatable field-readiness evaluation.

03 / Discipline
Operational experience provides context.
Methodology makes the capability repeatable.
Defined Criteria
Readiness is examined through defined domains, criteria and evidence requirements rather than personal preference.
Evidence Discipline
Observed facts, operator experience, inference and hypothesis are recorded distinctly.
Traceable Findings
Material findings link back to their evidence, operational consequence and evaluation context.
Controlled Disclosure
Manufacturer, customer and operational information is handled with deliberate disclosure boundaries.
